Ad Specifications

The The Charleston Review is printed on 40lb, 80 bright newsprint with glossy heavy weight cover. Every page is full color.
Line Screen of 100 to 120
DPI is 300 for all ads and 300 for glossy covers
All ads should be created with Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop in Mac format and sent to us as pdf files. (No Quark!)
Ads can be provided on CD, or email. Please include a printed copy of your ad as well.
The Charleston Review also offers ad creation services that include scanning photos and design of ad. Ad creation services start at $100. All ads are available to advertiser after creation for other uses.
Special Placement is available for the first 5 pages of the publication. Add 20% to the cost of ad each month for this service.

Ad Dimensions

Full Page: 9.5 inches by 12 inches
Half Page:
Horizontal 9.5 inches by 6 inches
Vertical 4.5 inches by 12 inches
1/4 Page: 4.5 inches by 6 inches
Full Bleed: Final Product Size is 10.5" x 13.5". Please add 1/4" bleed to that dimension. Also, please make sure all images and text are at least 1/2" inside final product size area.
